Training and Awareness
Training and development is a vital part of the human resource development. We conduct following training programs in the field of OFC Network Projects that aid us to cater a range of specialized areas of importance including testing & troubleshooting:
- Training to members for understanding of basics of OFC and its network.
- Training team members for trenching, ducting, cable blowing and other allied activities involved in the process of OFC network.
- Providing team members with advanced training to troubleshoot complete OFC Network and all of its equipment.
- Training the team members to follow various management systems as per client's O&M requirement and strategy.
- Creating awareness amongst the team members to take proper preventive safety measures and also to deal with almost all scenarios, even in case of mishap.
